  • If my practice has more than one provider, do all of the doctors have to join the ACC products?

    Yes, the practice is enrolled in products by the Tan ID Number (TIN) level and all providers will be enrolled in each selected product.

  • Does East Texas Regional Accountable Care Collaborative, LLC take over my practice decision if I partner with the ACC?

    No, the ACC is committed your practice remaining independent. There are requirements for each product your practice chooses to participate in. The ACC will communicate these requirements to you as well as provide your teams with programs and resources to help you be successful with these requirements.

  • Does my practice need to have an Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) system in order to work with the ACC?

    While some of our original member practices were not required to be on EHR, all new practices to join ETRACC need to be working within an E.H.R. Many of the products require communication between the ACC team and the individual practices through the E.H.R. This allows for the ACC to provide coordinated care to each patient and to keep each provider updated with current information about your patients ER & hospital admissions.”

  • What is an Accountable Care Collaborative (ACC)?

    An ACC is a relatively new method of providing healthcare that focuses on quality and lowering the cost of care. Accountable Care Collaborative are composed of independent healthcare providers that partner together to improve the quality of healthcare while lowering the cost.
